What it does

• Creates each week's orders automatically from a standing order, with one-off changes for holidays and special requests.
• Produces and emails PDF invoices, tracks unpaid ones and sends reminders.
• Keeps a production spreadsheet in step with the orders.
• Lets staff describe a change in plain English and turns it into an order update.

Where it's at

Built by Callum Wilson in St. Catharines, Ontario, for a local microgreen farm, and now in final testing ahead of its first live customer. A wider Shopify release is planned.
